Our debut Coplan Vineyards estate Chardonnay from our block of Hyde Wente and Dijon clone vines planted in 2019. 2025 Chronicle Wine Competition Silver Medal winner. 2025 Sunset International Wine Competition, Silver Medal winner. Sophisticated bouquet of magnolia blossoms, peach tea, and lemon custard with meringue brûlée. Notes of lemon zest and minerality, while being supple and easy to drink. The finish has good palate length with citrus and jasmine notes. This wine will age well due to its innate acidity. Only 98 cases produced!
