2018 Harpsichord Chardonnay
ONLY A FEW CASES LEFT. Two bottle maximum purchase and only for purchases of at least one case of wine.
The 2018 Coplan Harpsichord Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is barrel fermented with a note that is floral and sweet - peaches and ripe pears. SILVER medal winner - 2021 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
The palate is dry and complex with a balanced creamy core and layers of honey, apricot, and honeysuckle, pulled together with a hint of oak. This wine went through partial malolactic fermentation, finding itself with one foot in the creamy land of buttery Chardonnay, and the other in the crisp, refreshing land of malic acid. The perfect blend of California and French-style wine making.
